Terms of Service

Agreement

By using Shadow (the “Service”), you agree to these terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Subscription & payment

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Metered usage overage is charged on the first day of the following month.

Acceptable use

• You may not use the Service to generate tutorials for products you do not own or have permission to demo.
• You may not capture data from websites where you do not control the DOM.
• You may not reverse engineer the hosted Service to build a competing product.

Service availability

We target 99.9% uptime on the Growth and Scale plans. Credits are issued per our SLA, available on request.

Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes

We’ll notify you by email at least 14 days before any material change takes effect.
